Our server was  upgraded to "FastCGI" at the end of February. This change improves security and may also speed up your website. Due to this change, it is no longer necessary to set permissions on folders. All folders and files now have the same permissions, and there is no need to change those settings from the default. Don't even know what that means? Don't worry.  Just be  happy to know that fastcgi is the most stable, secure, fast and flexible PHP configuration.

Other improvements will be rolled out very soon to our customer support site.

However, we understand that the most important feature of any hosting service is reliability. Over the last two weeks, sudden and excessive loads placed on our server resulted in three outages averaging 30 minutes each. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we regret that the issue persisted for such an extended period.

Our initial diagnosis of the cause was incorrect.  However, we are happy to report that the underlying cause has been permanently eliminated.  Thank you for your patience.
