To report suspected copyright infringement associated with a PageUP or North Dallas Hosting service, email support@pageuppro.com. Use the subject “Copyright complaint” and identify the affected domain.
Information to include
- Your name, contact details, and whether you are the copyright owner or authorized to report on the owner's behalf.
- A description of the copyrighted work and, where available, a link to an authorized source.
- The exact URLs of the material you believe infringes copyright. A domain name alone may not identify the material.
- A brief explanation of the concern and relevant dates or supporting evidence.
Provide accurate information. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
What happens next?
PageUP may request more information to evaluate the complaint and may act on sufficiently supported notices under the Hosting Acceptable Use Policy. Sending a report does not guarantee a particular finding or outcome.
